Outlook is not showing status for a user

Hello,

Please i need your help on this issue.

We have a user who is not showing status for a particular user while another user it works fine.

    Hi @IBN ,

    Welcome to our forum!

    As i know, Outlook currently shows Status unknown for federated (external) Teams contacts. Please first check if the user is external user.
