Unable to connect my learning profile to reschedule exam

Question

I am unable to link my learning profile to my work profile via Profile->Certifications->Connet certification profile.
I tried to add my learning account from Settings-> Account Management->Add Account. However, it is throwing me back to the initial profile page.
My exam is scheduled for Afternoon, 22nd Oct'22 (IST). I need to reschedule it after 1 week.
