There are no valid SQL Server 2014 features to perform this operation

That's really to less on informations.
How did you start the uninstallation?
Is there a SQL Server 2014 installed at all?

My guess: There was an in-place upgrade 2014 to a newer version like 2016-2019, and now you run 2014 uninstallation? That don't work, even because it makes no sense.

Yes, there a SQL Server 2014 installed.
I started the uninstallation in control panel normally but wizard didn't uninstall SQL Server 2014. I restarted the uninstallation and wizard gave this error.

    Hi @Uğurcan Ekici

In control pane, please check if there are any SQL Server 2014 related components, if yes, please remove them as well.

And please check if you have two versions of SQL Server on your computer, like (64-bit) and (English), or yes, you may need to try to reinstall the one you are having trouble uninstalling, and then try to uninstall it again
