Hello,
where can I find how are invoices in Azure Form Recognized analysed? I try to find source where the whole process step-by-step from invoice (document) import to data export is described in detail. Source with image can also be helpful.

We truly appreciate the time and effort you took to share your workaround with us. Everything appears to be in order, however I'm curious to know why is an Azure function placed between the API Calls and the Forms Recognizer API? Could you please elaborate on this more?

As previously stated, everything appears good in your workflow. If we're only talking about the Form recognizer, the Azure Functions isn't actually necessary unless a Serverless solution is used. These functions can be used based on your application requirements. Please see here for more information on Azure functions. I hope this was useful.
