Getting message "No app installed to open this"

I recently installed and using outlook email from my samsung galaxy , when i open an email on outlook and want to click on a link within the email i get a message popup "No app installed to open this" would like some guidance for a solution be able to open links , i dont have this issue with any attachements this issue only occurs with links
