    Hello @Veeramalla Rakesh - (Digital)
    Thank you for reaching out.

I see that you are planning to build on-premise server with Windows Server 2022 and want to join to Azure AD.

Please note that Azure AD Join supports Windows 10, Windows 11 but Windows Server operating systems is not supported. Please review supported devices or below documentation for list of supported operating systems.

In case you are also exploring hosting the machine on cloud then you can use Windows virtual machines (VMs) in Azure by integrating with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) authentication. Please review below article for details as this is currently available with specific Windows distributions.

I hope this answers your query.

    Hi,

The article does not state if Windows Server 2022 is supported but 2019 and later is supported so try this procedure and test out the functionality on a test VM - howto-vm-sign-in-azure-ad-windows

Also you can explore Azure AD Domain Services so you can manage Domain Services within the cloud.

    Hope this helps.
