You are using the tag "Transact-sql", but this not seems to be related to queries. Please elaborate and fix the tags on the way
Probably just close the Visual Studio program. This is what keeps these processes running. Your SQL server integration installation will do.

In my case I just close all Visual Studio windows and then worked good for me.
