    Hi Sam,

Sure here is the checklist and detailed information on creation of a AAD Tenant and integration with O365 also the other link is for Licenses and other features so explore this intro-azure-active-directory

Explore Microsoft Learn module for Teams Deployment - m365-teams-collab-prepare-deployment

    Hi

because this is for testing/QA, you pretty much need to have a domain you can register in M365 that you can use for testing (which doesn't interfere with your business operations or primary domain), and then you can sign up for a 30 day trial.

Blog post here explains the process - you can ignore the Azure AD Connect piece at the end:

    Thanks

    Hi @SamJ

Generally you can submit for a 30-day free trial, but need to make sure the plan includes Teams (for example Office 365 E3/E5).

It would create a new Azure tenant.

Or consider submitting for a 90-day free developer tenant.
Here is a link which may be helpful: Prepare your Microsoft 365 tenant

While since this question is more related to license rather than Teams general usage, if you have other questions or need further help, I would suggest posting in the corresponding Microsoft Community for better support.
    Thanks for your understanding.
