0x00000006 error on adding server 2022 fax server

I have a windows server 2022 standard (ver:10.0.20348.1194) with fax server role configured and fax printer shared too
in "windows fax and scan" program on clients (windows 7sp1 and 10) > tools menu>fax account>add>connect to fax server...>
when i type \servername >next>done it finished unsuccessfully without error (account list remain empty!!)
when i want to add shared fax server printer in client, add printer windows displayed:
windows cannot connect to the printer ,operation failed error 0x00000006.

i searched for this error on internet and try this solutions without any success:

Delete "Client Side Rendering Print Providers" key from HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Print\Providers
remove Microsoft shared fax driver form Print Management
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

i think the problem is in "windows server 2022 shared fax driver"
please help me solve this problem

I dealt with this issue for a client. Based on my testing and research online, there appears to be some type of conflict with the Microsoft Shared Fax driver used by Windows 2022 and client computers with Windows 10 and lower__.__ Windows 11 clients are not affected and can connect to the Windows 2022 fax server with no issues. As a workaround, I installed an earlier version of the shared fax driver (windows 2019) and use it as the default fax driver on Windows 2022. Once the driver change is configured, Windows 10 clients will connect to the Windows 2022 fax server without any problems

I have extracted the drivers and registry key if you don’t have access to a Windows 2019 server. Skip to step 3.
Win2022FaxServerFix.zip

Export Microsoft Share Fax Driver v10.0.7763.4720 from Windows Server 2019:

Within Windows 2019, copy the following folder to your Windows 2022 server:
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\prnms002.inf_amd64_71ed9fe2152684b4

Export the following registry key from Windows 2019 server and copy/paste to your Windows 2022 server: Save it as SharedFax2019
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Drivers\Version-3\Microsoft Shared Fax Driver

Install Microsoft Share Fax Driver v10.0.7763.4720 on Windows Server 2022:

On your Windows 2022 server, install the Win 2019 fax driver by right clicking on prnms002.inf and click install.

Export the following registry key from Windows 2022 server, save a copy for backup. Save it as SharedFax2022
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Drivers\Version-3\Microsoft Shared Fax Driver

Import the SharedFax2019 registry key.

Restart the Print Spooler Service

Reopen Open Print Manager, Drivers, Microsoft Share Fax Driver, note the driver version. It should show as v10.0.7763.4720

This solution did not work for me. I imported/installed the included files. I verified that the registery is now pointing to that driver and that the Print Manager sees the fax driver as the 10.0.17763.4720. Still getting the same error when trying to add the printer for windows 10 pc's
