Hello,

I am having an issue where I am passing an activation state token in the URL. but SafeLinks is distorting the URL, which means users can't activate their account.

Can you tell me what be around this?

    You could consider using below methods bypass safe links for specific emails or links:

    1. By creating Mail flow rules set this X-MS-Exchange-Organization-SkipSafeLinksProcessing message header value to "1" for specific messages according to your requirement.

    For example, and you could modify the condition to others like the sender is XXX...:

    2.Or use the second method: URL rewriting rules: Do not rewrite the following URLs" lists in Safe Links policies

    Note that: Do not implement BOTH rules below as they will interfere with each other.
