Blocking an inbound number in Teams

Hello
Please i need your help on this issue.
When attempting to block an inbound number from calling us I'm receiving the error.
I'm unable to find a way to block the number in Teams Admin Center, and there is no official Microsoft documentation stating how to block a number other than the command I attempted to use.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I used that command during my initial troubleshooting and updated my MicrosoftTeams module to 4.9, but the issue persisted.
What other steps do you suggest?
