Hi all.

Azure AD Application Proxy Connector reports: The Connector failed to establish connection with the service.

This suddenly started occurring.

I have ensured all Prereqs are still in place. There is no outbound blocks to my knowledge. The server is Windows Server 2022, fully patched and has been running for many many months without incident. I have even re-installed clean the latest connector.

Please advise.

Thank you.

Same here, problem since approx. 16 hours.

    Gateway Timeout:
The service is unable to reach the connector.

Root cause: No active connectors present in the group.

The services on the servers are working properly - no errors and warnings in the event log.

    Reinstalling connector did not help.

Connectors in the portal report Active status.

We've had the same issue appear this weekend, preventing staff from logging in using Pass Through authentication. Microsoft have confirmed its an issue affecting multiple customers. In our case we've swapped the Sign in Settings in Azure AD to use Password Hash Sync instead, as a temporary work around which has at least got people working.
