Azure AD B2C doesn't log to application insight

Hi,

We have two instances of Azure AD B2C running the same custom policies. However one of our instances doesn't log anything to Application Insight.
The only differences when it comes to the application insight flow is DeploymentMode is set to Production and DeveloperMode is false in the instance that that doesn't log properly. They both log to separate application insights.

I've tried changing both of those variables without any success. I have also tried using the Instrumentation Key from another Application insight and it won't log to that one either.

Please let me know if any more information required.

    Hello @Frode Blænes ,

    Thanks for your time and patience. Could you please validate the following:

    • If both Azure B2C instance are part of same Resource Group.
    • If both are different then validate, Azure Application Insights is linked to a Log Analytic Workspace that belonged to same Resource Group as your Production B2C instance.
    • Try creating a new instance
