Outlook app not opening

I tried to add .com account to .ca and now outlook app is not opening. error message says to upgrade the outlook app version. having trouble updating it.
please advise.

    2. Is there an error code when you encounter an upgrade error? Can you provide a specific screenshot?

    Given this case, it is recommended you use the following troubleshooting:
    Sometimes addins may also lead to the error, run outlook in safe mode: Win+R, type outlook.exe /safe.
