I have this from the "Client Health Dashboard"

is #1 (85.37% Client With Any Failure) the same issue as below seen on Status Messaging Operational"?

Where to check for this "Status Messaging Operational" issues?

Yes, it's the same issue, #1 is a summary, it contains all the scenario health failure, a client with one or more scenario health failure will be consider as "Client With Any Failure".
