The private key couldn't be exported as PKCS-12. It either couldn't be accessed or isn't
exportable.
While export ssl cert from exchange server 2019 get error.
we import ssl cert with exportable true option but we are getting error...we nedd to export current cert to add another DAG server
kindly advise.

What type of certificate are you trying to export? Have you tried re-key it?
