While export ssl cert from exchange server 2019 get error.

we import ssl cert with exportable true option but we are getting error...we nedd to export current cert to add another DAG server

kindly advise.

What type of certificate are you trying to export? Have you tried re-key it?
You could refer to the documentation and try to export the certificate using the cmdlet:

$cert = Export-ExchangeCertificate -Thumbprint <Thumbprint> -BinaryEncoded -Password (ConvertTo-SecureString -String '<Password>' -AsPlainText -Force) [-Server <ServerIdentity>] [System.IO.File]::WriteAllBytes('<FilePathOrUNCPath>\<FileName>.pfx', $cert.FileData)
