Using Intel Arc A380 and NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3080 Ti.
After installing Intel GPU, GPU performance decreased dramatically.
This is because the Windows OS recognized the Intel GPU as a high-performance GPU, and the Intel GPU was doing everything even though all monitors were connected to the 3080 Ti.

There's no menu to select a high-performance GPU in Settings -> Graphics -> Change default graphics settings
I tried contacting Intel customer service, but they replied that I should contact Microsoft as this issue is controlled by Windows.

I don't know if the OP will see this but I had the same issue and figured out how to fix it so for anyone else here's how.

    Go to Settings>Display>Graphics>Default graphics settings

At the very top where it gives you a drop down to select your Default high performance GPU select whatever one you want, as long as you change it from "Let windows decide" (For me I have a 6750xt and a 6600 so I selected the 6750xt).

From there go back to Settings>Display>Graphics and select an app then click options (just to see if it worked) and you should see (in my case).

    Let windows decide
    Power saving: RX 6600
    High Performance: RX 6750xt

    Specific GPU: (Dropdown)

If the GPU in High Performance and Power Saving are what you want then it worked.
