2022-11-08T13:45:26.543+00:00 We have a platform hosted on Azure & we need a SIP for our platform. (platform is like a Genesys: Contact Centre)
For SIP, we have a telecom provider to deliver that but we are unable to get the location where our sip provider should deliver the SIP trunk...
Maybe someone from the sales team can help us, it has been more than a month, and now seems we need to move away from Azure cloud due to poor customer support.
