Drafts disappear

i have begun two emails over the past couple days. When leaving outlook, I select save draft instead of delete and then don’t see them in any folder. How can i find them?

Have you tried looking online? https://outlook.office.com -- Do they appear in your drafts folder there?

I've also remove everything except office-outlook-itpro

Yes, I searched online and no, they are not in any drafts folder there either or any folder that I can find. That is the problem. This was a new problem. Drafts used to go to draft folder upon selecting save draft. But the past three days they have not. It appears the problem has now been fixed. I just did another test and it’s in my draft folder. However I still don’t see the ones from the past three days. Can those be located or restored?

Welcome to our forum!

According to your description, i noticed that you have searched online but still not found the drafts. I'm afraid that they have been removed on server. For Outlook client, it's suggested that you could try to recover items from the Recoverable Items folder and check if the drafts stay there.

If not, I'm afraid that the drafts may be not restored.
