I need to exclude Microsoft teams from MFA conditional access is there any when i exclude teams from CA still its prompting MFA

    You need to specify the Teams app as an exclusion in a policy

    Have you created a policy already? If it is prompting and you haven't got a policy then you have 'security defaults' on. If you need more nuanced control over CA, then you need the CA policies setup.
