My recruitment team want to share dates set for interviews but apparently we're not allowed to share calenders. I'm sure it's very easy to sort, but all advice on various forums don't seem to hold the answer

    Hi @Steve Everett ,

From your description, it looks like you are having issues with sharing calendar in Outlook as the options Calendar Permissions is grayed out.

What the type of email account configured in Outlook (POP3, IMAP or Exchange Server Account)?
Sharing Calendar is a feature available only for Exchange Server account types. If the email account is setup as POP3, IMAP or EAS, then you may publish the calendar online to a WebDAV Server.

You can right-click on a Calendar folder and select Properties (or Sharing permissions) to bring up the permissions dialog, however you do need to have owner permissions to do this. Thus, this functionality might be disabled for shared calendars, depending on the level of access you have been granted.
