    Hi @Boopathi S ,

    Thanks for helping me.
AmbientAuthenticationInPrivateModesEnabled value is changed from 1 to 0 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge which fixed the issue

Great to know that you've already thought of a solution and really appreciate it for your sharing!
By the way, since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. They can only accept answers by others.". and according to the scenario introduced here: Answering your own questions on Microsoft Q&A, I would make a brief summary of this thread:
    [UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError]

    Issue Symptom:

The mailbox has a license assigned and can successfully sign in to Chrome on the same computer.
And logged in on another computer very well.
    Uninstalled EDGE and installed
    Then mail works in OWA
But it does not work in InPrivate EDGE Mode. It gives the below message.
    Client Id: C9B2F3E32B2D4BA8AE7A4835BE8508DD
    Session Id: fbf1f235-0a08-4547-a07e-4d6127c68587

    The Solution:
AmbientAuthenticationInPrivateModesEnabled value is changed from 1 to 0 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge which fixed the issue

The error message "UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError" indicates that this is a license issue. It could be that the admin has not assigned an Exchange online license to your account yet, or in some cases, it could be that your admin has changed in license settings lately. Since this is a license-related issue, unfortunately, the only way to go about this is by reaching out to your admin.
