I have a Configuration Profile configured in Microsoft Endpoint Manager aka Intune that requires the user to set a windows hello pin. It worked properly earlyer on windows 10 machines. I´m now on two freshly installed windows 11 machines and get the error 0x801c0027. This error does not seem to be documented at microsoft. Setup of Windows 11 pin is not possible. This question does not refer on the way how to setup a pin on the machine basically. I know the way. Any ideas? Any other folks with the same error?

    Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

Kindly follow the steps provided below to resolve your issue.

Try to create the PIN again. Some errors are transient and resolve themselves.

Sign out, sign in, and try to create the PIN again.

Reboot the device and then try to create the PIN again.

Unjoin the device from Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), rejoin, and then try to create the PIN again. To unjoin a device, go to Settings > System > About > select Disconnect from organization.
