Can I split 1 VHD file into different VHD files?

Hello everyone,

I have a question which I'm unsure if it can be done or not.
I have a VM Ware virtual machine which I'm going to convert to Hyper-V shortly.
The VMDK is 1.9TB but that VMDK has the C drive and the D drive.
I'd like to know if it is possible to split that file into two (one for the C drive and one for the D drive)
I'm currently testing this by restoring the file from Veeam to a VHDX file and then I'd like to know if there is a tool that I can use to tell it take the C drive and make it one VHDX file (C_Drive.VHDX) and the D drive another VHDX file (D_Drive.VHDX)

Is this possible?

Thank you

Can this be done in HV?
I know that VMWare converter can do it but I don't have the space to do it on the VM Datastores
I only have space on the HV datastores

Another option might be a V2V

I'm going to see if v2v can do it.
My vm is 2TB it's currently restoring. I'll try it when it comes online.
I don't recall starwind having the option to do such a thing though

Sorry guys I haven't had a chance to test this. I'm actually going to see if it can be done with v2v in the next few days otherwise i think im going to create some space and use vmware tools to do it.
I'll report back in not TOOOOOOO long
