Can I split 1 VHD file into different VHD files?

Hello everyone,

I have a question which I'm unsure if it can be done or not.
I have a VM Ware virtual machine which I'm going to convert to Hyper-V shortly.
The VMDK is 1.9TB but that VMDK has the C drive and the D drive.
I'd like to know if it is possible to split that file into two (one for the C drive and one for the D drive)
I'm currently testing this by restoring the file from Veeam to a VHDX file and then I'd like to know if there is a tool that I can use to tell it take the C drive and make it one VHDX file (C_Drive.VHDX) and the D drive another VHDX file (D_Drive.VHDX)

Is this possible?

    Hey,

    As mentioned, you can use StarWind V2V Converter. You will need to perform P2V conversion of each volume to your Hyper-V Server. Check the following link for more information:
