Outlook number search works in web app but not client app

I have some users that are having issues with searching numbers in a shared box. I have messed with the indexing to see if that would correct it. It has not. We can search on the web app with no issues. The error when searching in the client app is 260683-image.png

This is the right box but does not search by numbers. This is a vital part of this users job. can Can someone help.

    Hi @John Kopp ,
    In order to verify, what detailed version of Outlook are you using?(File > Office Account > About Outlook) Please upgrade it to the latest version.
    How did you search sharedmaibox? Did you use All Mailboxes scope to search?
    How did you add the shared mailbox? Was it added as an additional email? or auto-mapping?

    According to my search, I have found a known issue about Shared Mailbox: Problems with search results. To workaround, you can add the Shared Mailbox as a secondary Exchange account to the profile.
