A current situation I've run into, if possible integrate the Dynamics 365 app into Outlook on Mac OS. I've found this forum for software requirements https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/outlook-addin/admin-guide/software-requirements. Let me know if there is a work around for this.
