Configuration of saml for netsuite

I am facing the following error in "Set up Single Sign-On with SAML" blade, "Basic SAML Configuration" section, during entering the Identifier(Entity ID) field ,"Please enter an identifier which is unique within your organization. Search in Enterprise applications and App registrations for NetSuite, which currently uses this identifier."

I know I am using the entity Id for other application(to access netsuite),now I want to access the webstore too. How to configure it?

Thanks for reaching out.

Your understanding is correct regarding Identifier (Entity ID) field which identifies the unique ID of your application to Azure Active Directory. This value must be unique across all applications in your Azure Active Directory tenant.

If you are looking to access the webstore to configure SAML, we don't have webstore application listed in the Azure AD Gallery.

However, you can create your own application in the gallery and configure SAML to integrate with Azure AD.

But, the main problem here is "webstore" and the NetSuite application, that I configured have the same entity Id, I tried creating a custom application also, but I encountered the same error like entity id should be unique and one more thing I can't modify the entity attribute in service provider's metadata file.

It should be unique across all applications in your AAD tenant. In case of configuring more than one instance, then you could consider using any of below format which basically adding a string after actual identity by this way they become unique across in your Azure AD tenant.

For Instance 1: http://aws.com/webstore

For Instance 2: http://aws.com/Netsuite

It didn't work out and throwing the error "Exception while processing SAML response: Issuer in Response is invalid.". Is there any other way to sort out this problem using only single AAD tenant?

It doesn't seem to be possible to provide same entity id for two applications in single Azure AD tenant as this should be unique only.

Why are you looking to provide same entity id on both the applications?

Because , In the Service Provider Metadata files, both NetSuite UI and webstore have same entity Ids.
