How to add groups in Enterprise Application

I don't really understand how does a Group qualify to be added to Enterprise Apps?I have tried adding some Groups, Some can search and add normally. Some cannot find them in the search box to add.
Although I have compared the Groups that have been added and the Groups that cannot be added because they are not found, there is no difference.
they are all Microsoft 365 Cloud Dynamic.
Can someone help me

Only security groups can be added and they cant be nested

So why can I add 2 Groups when I see them as Cloud?
Or is there another way for a 365 group to automatically sync to another security group?

If what you say is true then how to add new groups? for each group of people we have to create 2 types of groups for this to work?

Hi, not sure I understand. You can add multiple groups, its just they have to be security groups and not nested in order to work
