Hello,
I have a fonction app ressource created on windows plan since 2 years with, in "configuration/General settings" page "Pile" & .NET version".
I had create another Fonction app ressource created on windows plan there is 2 months and i have "configuration/General settings" page without "pile" fields.
Is it normal ?
@David M Thanks for reaching out. Can you share the screenshot for the General settings for both the function app? Please also confirm if the function runtime and language is same for both of your function app. As the setting may be differ for different function runtime and language.

The both are in french and only in the 2nd i have the environment variable "FUNCTIONS_EXTENSION_VERSION=~4", but i don't thinh there is an impact for screen settings.
I don't know what you are waiting for about "runtime" setting, could you explain, please.
@David M Thanks for sharing details. It looks like the functions are running on different function runtime/language that is reason you see the different option. It shouldn't be any issue as the setting could be different. You can view the function runtime on the Function runtime setting on the configuration blade. You can also verify the runtime configuration under the configuration setting such as FUNCTIONS_EXTENSION_VERSION and FUNCTIONS_WORKER_RUNTIME
