Desktop Version Teams opens with blank screen, reloads again and again.

At first it was Chinese, reloaded and then it became English, then it came Chinese again

Do you have the same problem in Teams web client?
Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?
If there is no issue in Teams web client, we recommend you try to clear client cache file to see if it works for you.
It has been a while, how is everything going?

1) Try going to the systray > Microsoft Teams > Sign Out
Then try restarting your device and see if the screen is going.
2) You can try clearing Teams cache:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache
3) Re-install Microsoft Teams if the problem persists.
