I have an issue with AD Connect running fine (no errors) but basically not recognizing any changes inside our on-prem ActiveDirectory. I tried to open ticket through Azure portal but I am stuck at "Solutions" page and not being offered any option to continue and create the ticket. It's pretty strange as we are paid customer. Anyway, any help is appreciated.

When did this start? What version are you using? Can you rebuild it or bring up a new server?

Since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. Issue:

    • You were having issues with Azure AD Connect not recognizing any changes within your On-prem Active Directory.
    • When trying to open an Azure Support Request, you were stuck at the "Solutions" page since you weren't being offered options to continue. Solution:
AD Connect was running every 30 minutes but didn't recognize any changes made in Active Directory (5 days ago). Service and server restart didn't help, and you had to reinstall the AD Connect service which resolved your issue and Azure AD Connect started syncing again.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Thank you again for your time and patience throughout this issue.
