Application proxy for Enterprise app

Hello,

I would like to configure application proxy on one Enterprise application but that app is missing "Application proxy" section.
What can cause this?

Is it possible to add it?

Is this something related to the way of creating App registration?

Screenshot attached, the first one shows the correct situation.

    Others have seen this before and wound up creating a new app apparently :(
