Hi ArneGarvander-7224,
Troubleshoot Internet Connection
- Restart the router in use and check if there is no lose LAN/Ethernet cables plugged in.
- Test a difference between wireless and wired network connection using a ping test as mentioned above.
- If results have more frequent packet loss, report it to your ISP.
- Test the system/applications by turning off the firewall.
- If you use a third-party security software, try to remove them, clean your machine.
Enhance machine performance
- Clear/remove all temporary files from the temp folder.
- Perform disk cleanup.
- Remove/uninstall unnecessary apps or third-party security software from programs and features.
- Scan the PC using Windows Defender.
- Perform a SFC scan using a ‘command prompt’ as an administrator.
- Perform a clean boot and test the system/application.
- Boot the machine in a safe mode and test the system/application.
After you perform above troubleshooting steps, then use a Microsoft edge using InPrivate window or any other browser using 'Incognito mode', this feature doesn’t just eliminate history but also controls traffic.
