Could not locate source for .Net Framework 3.5.1 when installing SharePoint 2019 with Auto SP Installer

Hi,
I am installing SharePoint 2019 on Windows Server 2019 and downloaded latest version of AUTOSPINSTALLER when i run batch file it was stopped at below stage

Installing Prerequisite Software:
Could not locate source for .Net Framework 3.5.1
The PrerequisiteInstaller will attempt to download it.
Running Prerequisite Installer (offline mode)....
Error: This command cannot be run due to the error: The system cannot find the file specified.

any idea how to overcome this issue.

Current status:
After copying SharePoint 2019 Binaries to SharePoint Folder this issue fixed

You may receive the following errors when you install the .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows Server:
Error code 0x800F0906
