To access the enterprise application in Azure AD, you need to have the appropriate permissions. Make sure that you have the Global Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, Application Administrator, or owner of the service principal role assigned to your account.
There might be the reason that there are no enterprise applications configured in your Azure AD tenant or you are looking in another tenant.
