Can't create new folders on Macbook after updating Outlook
Hi
can't set up new folders, rename old folders or move content from one folder to another. Was working fine until I updated it to 16.68 version. The add new folder is not visible.
Really irritating. Any news on a fix or way around this?
Thank you

2023-01-04T20:43:30.363+00:00 I'm having the same issue! When I first upgraded to MS Office 365 on my MAC, I didn't have the "New Folder" option when I right-clicked. Did some research and was somehow able to fix it although...when I named the folder it would sometimes revert to "Untitled Folder". Grrrr. Now I updated my OS system and I assume Outlook updated as well in the process and the option to create a new folder is gone. Ugh!! Following this thread to see if this can be corrected.

Please start your Mac in safe mode https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201262 and check if you will be able to open Outlook and to create a new folder.
