2024-10-27T06:09:08.02+00:00 If you're facing crashes with Roblox, here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Update Both Roblox and Windows: Ensure that you have the latest updates installed for both applications. This can resolve compatibility issues.
Repair Roblox Installation:
- Go to Settings > Apps.
- Locate Roblox in the list and select Repair.
- Navigate to `C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Roblox\Cache` and delete the contents of the **Cache** folder. This can help fix performance issues. **Update Graphics Drivers**: - Open **Device Manager**. - Expand the **Display adapters** section and update your graphics drivers to the latest version. **Reinstall Roblox**: - Uninstall Roblox from **Settings** > **Apps**. - Download and install the latest version from the official Roblox website. **Run Roblox in Compatibility Mode**: - Right-click the Roblox shortcut. - Select **Properties**, go to the **Compatibility** tab, and check **Run this program in compatibility mode**.
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, consider checking the Event Viewer for additional error messages or contacting Roblox Support for further assistance.
- Go to Settings > Apps.
