Authenticator app not functionning

Ive recently switched to a new phone and did not have a icloud back up for my Microsoft Authenticator app.

I cannot access all my related apps and account that need the 2fa via this app.

I cannot either re-create my account on my new phone as it tells me my credentials are known.

Ive tried to delete the app but im still blocked.

How could i start from scratch and registery newphone ?

    Try clicking the "I can't use" and sign in to your account but select the Sign in another way link on the Two-factor verification page. (assumes "anther way" was setup) otherwise you can ask the account admins for a reset. If you are the admin then you can reach out to the data protection team for assistance. 866-807-5850

    I dont seem to have the same view/options as you.
    So admin reset will be the way ! Thanks for your assistance
