Microsoft Defendeder for IoT overview page on azure portal dones't display

Hi,
I am review Microsoft Defender for IoT.
On Azure Portal, the overview page doesn't come out.
It looks hanging.
I tried to get the page on Edge and Chrome browsers but same thing happends.
Do you have any idea of that?

Could you please confirm are you still facing the same issue or that was intermittent issue?

I tried to access the same and able to access the Microsoft Defender for IoT through portal in different browsers.

Could you please confirm that you have Security Admin, Contributor, or Owner role to access Microsoft Defender for IoT through portal?

I've just checked and it is still same. I have two azure accounts. One is ok but the other has an issue on the same browser and environment. Pls review the captures.

It is still same. I don't see a page in MD4IoT.

Hello @KyoungMin Kang apologies for the delayed update on this issue. Could you please confirm the Access permissions/role for the user MD4IoT. It is recommended that the user accessing the Azure portal should be Security Admin, Contributor, or Owner. Please refer the below Prerequisites for the Defender for IoT

Can you also confirm if there are any changes made to the permissions of the user? Also, were you able to successfully access the overview page with the MD4IoT in the past?

When I checked the user role in subscription.

The role is owner.

In this tenant, I've not accessed MD4IoT before.

Hi @KyoungMin Kang thank you for the response. May I know the roles granted to MD4IOT and the other user which is working for you. Are both the users assigned as owners on the subscription level? Can you share a screenshot of the user roles on the subscription level if possible.
