Odata connection in Azure Data Factory with Service Principle

Hi everyone. Happy New Year!
I need to create an Odata connection for ("https://analytics.dev.azure.com/{OrganizationName}/{ProjectName}/_odata/WorkItemRevisions") in ADF.
I could not find the proper AAD resource for this purpose. Any help from your side is highly appreciated it.

Thank you for your answer. but I didn't understand what Azure AD resource URL is needed https://analytics.dev.azure.com/{OrganizationName}/{ProjectName}/_odata/WorkItemRevisions

P.S: Change the organization name project name with yours and see the result

I believe the URL for the specific resource you provided, https://analytics.dev.azure.com/{OrganizationName}/{ProjectName}/_odata/WorkItemRevisions, does not require AAD authentication; it's for retrieving work item revisions for a specific project in Azure DevOps.

If this is specific to your Azure Devops, then you can find the URL from the AAD

From AAD, select the "App registrations" .

Search for and select the app registration for Azure DevOps.

on the binding& properties, you will see the AAD URL. I hope this helps.

Here are the details.

Service URL: Input the ODATA service URL

Authentication type: Service Principal with key

AAD resource: AAD resource URL that you are requesting for authorization

Tenant: Tenant ID

Service Principal ID: Application (client ID) of app registration

Service Principal Key: Input the service principal app client's secret
