My university has an agreement with Microsoft about word, excell and powerpoint. I have used to have the program with this way. But today it has an alert and says that your account doesn't allow to edit on a Mac. How to get fixed the problem?

    Hi @Şafak Yacan,

I suggest you sign in to this web:

    https://myaccount.microsoft.com/?ref=OfficePortalSecurityPrivacy

Go to sign in Microsoft 365 portal and check if you can find the Microsoft Office product under the Subscriptions tab:

    User's image

If you cannot find the Office license, try to contact your university's Administrator.

If the Office product is still existed, please refer to this support article about how to uninstall Office from Mac completely:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot-office-for-mac-issues-by-completely-uninstalling-before-you-reinstall-ec3aa66e-6a76-451f-9d35-cba2e14e94c0

Then you can re-install the Office for Mac and sign in your account to check the result.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
