Copying attachments from SharePoint List to SharePoint Document Library

Background: I have a PowerApp which is being used to complete inspections and write the results back to a SharePoint List. Included in this process is the ability to take photos which attach themselves to the SharePoint List items attachment property.

Issue: I need to move all SharePoint List item attachments into a SharePoint Document Library. I have followed the sample flow outlined in this thread:

However, for some reason the flow is only moving 13 attachments to the Document Library before it finishes and states that it has run successfully. I am expecting approx 1500 attachments should have been moved. I am at a loss as to why the flow is only moving the first 13 attachments before completing prematurely.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi MartyDubs

    Thanks for the post.

I have check and test the Echo's flow. It works correctly.

Could you please set another document library as destination to have a test.

Besides, it probably caused by flow limits. See this article: Limits for automated, scheduled, and instant flows

Since I am a technical support in sharepoint, I cannot give you professional support in Power Automate. I recommend that you go to the Power Automate forums for professional help when you are having trouble creating a flow. Good luck to you.

I hope I can offer you a better experience next time if I have a chance to work with you again.

    Yours faithfully,

    Renjie Sun

suggest that you can use Power Automate that can help you migrate the document from list to library.
