In order to verify, what detailed version of Outlook (File > Office Account > Outlook)?
Does this issue also occur on the web side?
If the issue doesn't exist on the web, it is recommended that you use the other below:
- Make sure the Outlook has the latest update.
- Run Outlook in safe mode
- Try creating a new Outlook profile.
Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add
Add your account and see if the new Outlook profile works.
If the issue persists, please try to Repair Office from the Control Panel
