Learn Sandbox - Sign in button not working

Hello,

I am attempting to complete the module and exercise: [https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/describe-core-architectural-components-of-azure/4-exercise-explore-learn-sandbox?activate-azure-sandbox=true

The Learn Sandbox appears to go through the motions of starting up and I then receive one final prompt to sign in ‘Sign in with your account. If your account doesn't have a registered Learn profile, this process will complete that for you.’, as can be seen in the attached image.

However, clicking the ‘Sign in’ button doesn’t appear to do anything. No sign in prompt appears and the screen doesn’t navigate away or change.

I am using an iPad Air M1 (5th gen) and iPadOS 16.2. I have attempted, and experienced the exact same problem, in Safari, Edge and Chrome. I have cleared the cache and attempted incognito.

Many thanks,

Ben

    To update:

Why can't I sign in to use the sandbox?

    Note:
(click this thread, to navigate to another thread, which is used for updates and to collect information related to this issue)

As kobulloc-MSFT mentioned on the above thread (copied info here).

This has been an ongoing issue that has been affected a small but significant percentage of users. The sandbox team has been made aware of the issue however they have been unable to reproduce this locally. While a fix was released last month, there are several dependencies which complicate this (including the email/account type used) and it appears that many people are still running into this.

If you encounter this issue, we are asking for the following information to help create a new fix
    (post the referenced thread):

    • Your Learn profile ID (we can get this if you post a comment)
    • Repro steps to help isolate the cause of the issue (including what type of email account you are using)
    • We may request additional information via email as we continue to investigate this

Thank you all very much for your patience as we address this issue.

    Hello ajkuma,

Please note that I have attempted a Learn sandbox exercise again this evening and this is now working as expected!

I haven’t made any changes my end so I assume something somewhere has been updated to allow this to work.

Many thanks for your help and time on this!

What solved it for me was changing the selected organization under https://myaccount.microsoft.com/organizations

to under the section "Other organizations you collaborate with"

    Hi,

I am also getting the same issue and none of the workarounds mentioned above are working for me.

Can you please suggest what else can be done for it?
