Azure ADDS Stuck Deploying Domain/Provisioning

Hello,

I'm having issues deploying an Azure AADDS implementation. I made one originally with my normal default domain and that deployment worked perfectly. I had to delete that resource group for unrelated reasons to start fresh, but now I cannot seem to deploy a new instance of Azure ADDS, it gets stuck at deploying/provisioning the Domain Services element (with my domain). I have a hunch it has something to do with only having a single instance of the Azure ADDS domain running, but not sure how to delete that/link it up.

Please advise!
