How to delete an Azure Tenant with all status checks complete

Question

Hello, I am trying to delete a tenant. All the status checks are okay, but I am still failing to delete it (See below).

I proceeded to follow instructions on a similar issue that can be found here. I did a debug in Edge and got the result below:

I then checked my Azure and Microsoft 365 accounts and there are no Active, Pending, or Disabled subscriptions. I also tried the command 'Get-MgSubscribedSku' in PowerShell and it does not return any values. At the end of the instructions, the support engineer suggests creating a support ticket. However, there are no valid 'Issue Types' in the drop-down menu.
