Power App Frown Image When Trying to Open in Edge

Hello, starting yesterday (1/16/23) a select number of users in our org are no longer able to open a Power App in Edge. When they try to open the app, it appears like it's opening, data loads in the app galleries, but after a couple minutes of the loading dots across the top of the screen, the screen grays out except for a frowning icon. There are no error messages that appear. I've been working with Power Apps for a few years now and have never seen this type of error. Users can access the app from Chrome.

powerapperror

Attempted solutions -

Cleared cache/cookies/history of the users' browser - no change

Reset the app to a previous version - no change

Checked for updates within Edge - no change

Thanks

    Hi @Laura Kozel

If you're using Edge 109 version for Windows, there's a known issue when loading Power Apps in Edge 109. The Product Group is working on a resolution for this issue. I suggest that you can also provide feedback about this issue to Edge team by pressing Alt+Shift+I in Edge.

As a workaround, you can use the Enterprise Rollback Documentation to rollback Edge version to see if it can load in previous Edge version.
