Universal Print won't register printer

We are having an issue that seems bizarre to me. A couple months ago, we removed a printer from Universal Print. We then removed it from the PC running Universal Print Connector.

Now, we have installed a printer with the same name as the previous printer onto the PC running the Universal Print Connector. When we try to register the new printer with the Universal Print Connector app, it returns an error and opens the windows event viewer. Below is a redacted version of the log.

It seems to still think there is a printer with that name in Universal Print, even though it was removed months ago. Has anyone ran into this issue?
