How to fix the Word/Excel error message....

This issue is only on one pc but they can open all pdf's documents with the cloud folders - they can see all contents within the folders.
All updates have been completed for 365 apps.
This machine can open the document if sent to the pc via Teams/ Email.....

What kind of cloud folder did you use?
I suggest you check if you can change the profile from the problem PC and test with administrator profile.
If this PC work with administrator profile, I suggest you check the permission of the problem profile.
If this issue is still existed with administrator profile, try to disable firewalls anti-virus software.

Oskar Shon 866 Reputation points2023-01-20T11:50:11.1333333+00:00 PDF is not Microsoft format. You can import data via Word or using code in other applications, but to full possibilities you should use Acrobat, owner this file format.
